Dr. Alex Smith joined our clinic in July 2025. A Russellville native, he earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and completed his residency at UAMS in Little Rock.

Dr. Smith believes trust is the foundation of the physician-patient relationship. He is motivated by the opportunity to help others and by the meaningful impact medicine can have on their lives. As the field continues to evolve, he remains committed to learning and is grateful for the support of his friends, mentors, peers, and family.

He considers marrying his wife, Micah, his greatest accomplishment. Her encouragement and support help him through life’s challenges. “She fills my life with joy, making our marriage the foundation of my greatest achievements.” Together, they enjoy living life to the fullest.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Smith enjoys golfing and hopes to attend the Masters tournament one day. He also enjoys a wide variety of music, science fiction books, and cheering on the Razorbacks.
